2. Review Mechanism

All content published on the JCMC portal is carefully vetted by department heads or authorized structural reviewers before publication. Different components have specific review timelines.

• About Us and related static information: Annually
• Policies, Acts, and Rules: Annually / As and when amended
• Tenders and Notifications: As soon as published/withdrawn
• News and Updates: Immediately upon release

3. Content Archival

Outdated contents (for instance, expired tenders, past events, older notifications) will be systematically migrated to an archival section or removed in accordance with JCMC's document retention procedures ensuring that the active portal reflects current data.
